Disney's Magnolia Course
Plenty of water, elevated tees and greens, and 97 bunkers make this, the longest of four Disney courses in Kissimmee, Florida, a must-play for golfers who visit the Walt Disney World Resort. Rated four out of five stars by Golf Digest magazine, this Joe Lee design flaunts wide fairways lined with over 1500 fragrant magnolia trees in a layout sufficiently challenging to host players like Tiger Woods, Jack Nicklaus and Vijay Singh at the PGA’s annual Children’s Miracle Network Event. Other hazards notwithstanding, one detail in particular grabs the attention of all players - the Mickey Mouse silhouette bunker on the par-3 6th hole, shown here in Stonehouse panoramic format.
