Gaillardia
Since opening in 1998 Gaillardia has hosted two PGA Senior Tour Championships, numerous celebrity events and a Shell’s “Wonderful World of Golf” Match Play Tournament. The reason can be seen in these Stonehouse images: scenic, rolling fairways, enhanced by streams, native grasses and trees. The design by Arthur Hills and Tom Kite occupies 240 acres on some of the highest elevations in Oklahoma City, a generous space that allows distance between fairways and the surrounding neighborhood, a setting in which the playing experience can be fully savored. To quote the club’s own web site, Gailliard is “…a serene, beautiful and exquisitely adorned golf environment.”
