Hole Description
It has received the coveted 5-Star Designation from Golf Digest, been selected as one of America’s Top Resort Courses by Golf Digest, and was named a Gold Medal Resort by Golf Magazine. But these honors pale in comparison to this beautiful resort course’s chief distinction: It’s the home of the world-famous floating green, a 15,000 square-foot movable island green on the par-3 14th hole, which can be maneuvered up to 100 yards away from shore in Lake Coeur D’Alene. Mountain views, lush fairways and colorful wildflowers make this 6800-yard track a visual treat as well as a respected test of skill, but no one can ignore 14… and the custom-designed carts with heated seats and tilt-wheel steering.
