Hole Description
It should come as no surprise that the chief building material used in construction of this private course and its clubhouse is the marvelous fieldstone that’s native to the region. Dry-stacked stone walls meander throughout the property, and foundations of early settlers’ houses work into the course, giving it an “Old World” feel. At Fieldstone the designers of Hurdzen/Fry have created a golf experience that truly captures the site’s character, and as this Stonehouse image suggests, integrates it successfully with the course strategy.
