Hole Description
“Approach with caution” is a fair clue to the strategy you need to play the King’s Course at Gleneagles. The right club and the right swing can make all the difference in reaching the greens of this moorlands beauty - the flagship course at the world-famous Gleneagles Resort. Designed by James Braid, whose resumé includes Carnoustie and Royal Troon, King’s Course is a masterful layout that twists and turns its way through picturesque valleys and glens, woods and streams, as it tests the shot-making ability of every player. Level lies are not to be found here, but three-putt greens and yawning bunkers abound for the careless, whose only reward at King’s Course is a feast for the eye.
