Hole Description
The oasis of green fairways amid this desert landscape is what Troon North is about. Number 18 on the Pinnacle course is one of the best finishing holes in golf. Shots must be long and true off the tee to find the fairway and give a chance to reach the green in two.
The setting on this straight away finishing hole is breath taking and requires much desired accuracy off the tee. An errant shot will be lost among the rocks and rattlesnakes. Any shot left will find the rocks surrounded with bunkers. A shot right will find the bunkers as well. Club selection is essential for the second shot. A short to mid-iron to an elevated green that is quite shallow and very well bunkered; one you do not want to miss. A perfectly struck ball is the only way to score well on this hole.
